Agreements must be attested by the County Clerk and approved to form by the County Counselor. In addition, the County Auditor must certify that there is an unencumbered balance available to pay the contract cost. RENEWALS: Under the Attribute tab, renewal percentages will be requested. Maximum percentage renewal means that your company will not exceed that percentage. For example, for renewal 1 (year 2) if you state that your maximum percentage increase, per category, will not exceed 10%, this means that you will not go over 10% of any given category. It does not mean you have to increase by 10%, but you can go up to 10% each year. Justification for increase is always requested.
