DCR 841 Touch-free Parking in Parks and Revenue

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation (hereinafter DCR is soliciting proposals for implementation of a fully developed, hosted, and maintained Software as a Service (SaaS) system/solution as described in further detail in the DCR description of needs. Specifically, DCR is looking for vendors to submit proposals for implementing a virtual parking fee collection system to be implemented at fifty-three (53) agency facilities that collect parking fees with the possibility of adding additional sites; provide customer service for staff or patrons using the system, and provide visitation and revenue data remotely through a secure system. The system, at a minimum, must include the ability for a visitor to pay virtually. The scope of the project does not include metered on-street parking in the metropolitan
