GOVERNMENT PROJECT FP20-007 Chippewa County Bulk Carpet Purchasing

Project Description:           Chippewa County is soliciting bids for a bulk carpet purchase consisting of 1000 yards of Interface Flor - Gradient II carpet tile.
Bid Submittal Deadline:    1:00 p.m. (CST), Tuesday, November 10th, 2020
Location:                             County Clerk’s Office (Room 109), Chippewa County Courthouse, 711 North Bridge Street, Chippewa Falls, WI  54729

Bids shall be on the forms provided for that purpose and according to the Contract Documents.  If returned via mail, bids shall be securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper “ Bid for Chippewa County Government Center Bulk Carpet Purchase ".  If via email, the subject line shall state the same.
No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the date and time set for the bid submittal deadline.  Project delivery to be no later than 12/31/2020.
Digital copies of the Bidding Documents will be available from the Chippewa County website BID & RFP page or may be requested via email to:  mmclaughlin@co.chippewa.wi.us.  The BID & RFP link is located at the top of the front page under “ BID & RFP” at co.chippewa.wi.us.
Chippewa County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, without cause, or accept the bid that is in the best interest of Chippewa County.
