Proposals are due on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at 1:00, after which proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud at the GPISD Administration Building. Submissions must be delivered to the GPISD Representative in the GPISD Administration Building, 14705 Woodforest Blvd., Houston, TX 77015, in a sealed envelope by the close date and time stated in this bid event. A Proposal Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal amount is required. The scope of work incudes the demolition of the existing sink pods and plumbing; install new sinks, plumbing and hardware may also include floor repairs. A pre-proposal conference will be held at the GPISD Administration Building, on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at 10:00am. Attendance is highly recommended.
