Design and Implementation of a Commercial/Industrial Site Locator Application

Bid Description: Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Agency of Commerce and Community Development, Department of Economic Development (hereinafter the “State”) is seeking proposals for the replacement application for a Commercial/Industrial Site Locator application that is self-sustaining and maintained by external partners; provides searchable commercial, industrial, office and land properties locations; uploads of images, access to maps and surrounding geographies, and printable reports that support efforts to promote Vermont and the creation of jobs. The application will be a web-based system that is compatible with desktop, tablet and mobile devices and centralizes data regarding what buildings and land are available for site selectors, consultants, and commercial investors. This application will complement the Department’s efforts to promote and market commercial, industrial, office and land properties within the state of Vermont. It will require support from external entities to populate the available properties as well as provide necessary reporting.
