This is a Sources Sought for vendors ability to host conference space for an event.- Facility shall be available 15 - 19 May 2023 in San Antonio, TX- Facility shall be capable of supporting up to 100 attendees including parking- Facility shall provide audio/video equipment and WiFi connectivity to the Internet- Facility shall be able to be secured at the NATO SECRET level for discussions- Facility shall provide at least two (2) break-out rooms for focused discussionsAttached is a statement of need further detailing the requirements.
