Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC,Atlantic), Code 22130, intends to award a firm fixed price order to Motorola Solutions for radio items listedin RFQ Attachments. Motorola Solutions is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the radios andis the only manufacturer that can provide the units to meet the configuration requirement.This announcement is in accordance with requirement listed above, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 –Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Thissynopsis is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. Adetermination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this noticeis solely within the discretion of the Government.
