The Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury CT. intends to issue a solicitation for the Quarterly Requirements for Milk and Dairy Products.  This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination.  Delivery dates will begin October 1, 2021 to December 30, 2021 for a 3 month period.  Two (2) deliveries per week for milk on Mondays & Thursdays, and one (1) delivery per week for Cottage Cheese on Mondays.  Deliveries will be made to FCI Danbury, 33 ½ Pembroke Road, Danbury CT., 06811.  The contract type for Milk and Cottage Cheese shall be Firm Fixed Price.  The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards.  Awards will be based equally on price and past performance.  The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, which is considered to be most advantageous to the Government.  All responsible sources may submit a quote. Quoters are always expected to:Deliver the product on the time as agreed.Deliver the precise quantity requested.Submit the invoice at the exact prices quoted, and only after full delivery.The point of contact for all information regarding this solicitation is Donnie Lui, Contract Specialist, at the address listed above and telephone number listed below.  Completed offers may be emailed to
