NOTICE OF INTENT: SECURITY GUARD SERVICES

The Indian Health Service, Toppenish, WA intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to AJ Security Corporation, 1 N 86th Avenue, Yakima, WA 98908-4517, for continued security guard services. This short term purchase order is effective through October 31, 2019 and will allow uninterrupted non-lethal security guard services until a solicitation for a new, competitive, long-term contract is issued. This interim action is to allow the Procurement Officials the time needed to process the solicitation, which was delayed by the Government shutdown of 2018-2019 resulting in a shortened procurement period and affected the workload. This notice of intent is not a request for solicitations. No solicitation package is available.
