On-Call Utility Potholing

The City of Montrose is requesting formal bids through the Invitation for Bid process for on-call pothole construction services. The successful bidder(s) will be responsible for providing on-call pothole services on an as-needed basis at various locations throughout the City. There is no guaranteed minimum amount of services to be ordered and the contractor reserves the right to refuse any work offered.
