The intended result is to provide a fully secured area of operations. The contractor is responsible for installing new chain link fencing on two properties immediately north of 32-505 Harry Oliver Trail, Thousand Palms, CA 92276. The first property, which is south of Ramon Road, west of Rosemary Lane and north of Haskell road, with an APN of 693-020-036, will consist of furnishing and installing new 6’ tall chain link fencing and one vehicle swing gate as depicted on the Exhibit provided in the Appendix of this document. The second property is south of Haskell Road and west of Harry Oliver Trail, which is a part of APN 693-040-029, will consist of salvaging chain link fence, removal of fence posts and furnishing and installing 6’ tall chain link fence and one vehicle swing gate as depicted on the Exhibit provided in the Appendix of this document.
