The United States Secret Service intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Almar Valet, Inc., 215 Kings Highway, Suite 106, Fredericksburg, VA 22405 for laundry/dry cleaning services while the re-compete is being conducted. This notice is neither a request for quotations nor a solicitation of quotes. Based on this requirement, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No formal solicitation package is available. Only written e-mailed (michael.velez@usss.dhs.gov) inquiries will be responded to and must be received no later than 5:00 pm, Eastern Time, January 29, 2020.
