A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government.INTRODUCTIONThe Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) at Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to procure, on a sole-source IDIQ basis, to GDP Space Systems for hardware maintenance support. The support is for the Atlantic Ranges and Targets (ART) Telemetry Branch.This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued.
