Work includes but isn't limited to the installation of new electrical and relocation of existing electrical. Installation of new plumbing, sink, insta hot, faucet, cabinets, and countertops. Installation of two new refrigerators, dishwasher, electric stove, and ice maker. Removal of existing flooring, prep, and installation of new flooring. Prepare and paint walls. Prepare and paint existing ceiling tile and grid. The awarded firm will provide project management, supervision, scheduling, equipment, labor, materials, freight, taxes, and applicable permits for this project. The Contractor shall complete all work within 180 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. This construction project is federally funded and requires compliance with all applicable FTA rules and regulations along with the City of Lancaster, Los Angeles County, and State of California Departments, including but not limited to the Department of Industrial Relations labor codes, rules, and regulations.
