Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and repair on government owned MiscellaneousFood Processing (MFP) Equipment as required for the Fort Lewis, McChord, Smokey Point and WhidbeyIsland Commissaries stores. MFP consists of meat saws, mixer/grinder systems (single and tandem),rotary roll-in oven (electric and gas single rack), mini-rotary oven with proofer, meat conveyor,meat chopper table, meat molder/bulker, meat tenderizer table, meat cleaver, meat slicer androll-in proofers (one and two door). The Period of Performance is one year from date of award(base period) with two one-year option periods. The solicitation and resulting contract willinclude Firm Fixed Price (FFP) line items for PM and Time and Materials (T&M) line items forunscheduled repairs. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about October 3, 2019with a tentative closing date of November 4, 2019. The anticipated award date is December 1,2019. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The North AmericanIndustry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 and the business size standard is $7.5million.
