Braille eReader Hard Cases and Spare Parts Synopsis

The purpose of this public notice is to synopsize a modification performed on the NLS braille ereader IDIQ contracts (LCNLS19D0017) which were previously competed, synopsized, and awarded in 2019. NLS shall add the option to purchase hard cases to the contracts to protect the braille ereader machines as well as several other additional spare parts for the bespoke machines. Because they are specific to the manufacturer-produced machine, only the Contract holder of the IDIQ can provide the spare parts for their machine. This does not change the terms of the contract, or the previously synopsized ceiling amounts.
