The Information Tool Suite (ITS) effort, supporting the United States Transportation Command, is a Government off the shelf (GOTS) cloud-based solution consisting of a database with web front-ends; business and enterprise service-oriented architecture tools; an enterprise business intelligence and report tool; requirements identification, capturing, and analytical tools; and graphical data representation and data modeling tools. The tasks shall include the sustainment of the ITS front-end, web services, portal/portlets, system maintenance, database management, hardware and software installation/maintenance to include troubleshooting and utilization and upkeep of both a DevSecOps pipeline and testing framework. Tasks will also include the generation and upkeep of system documentation for purpose of sustainment and system certification and accreditation. Tasks shall also include performance of account management, and portal/portlet development and editing. The effort will directly
