The NEST Contract is envisioned to increase the productivity of scientists, engineers, and mission support personnel by responsively and efficiently delivering reliable, innovative and secure information technology (IT) services. The End-User Services Program Office (EUSO) oversees the portfolio of services and capabilities associated with end-user services. The scope of EUSO includes the following areas: End-User Device Management, End-User Software Management, Mobile Device Management, Print Device Management, Messaging/Collaboration, Infrastructure Services, Enterprise Services Desk (ESD), Local Service Desks, End-User Standards, and IT Security.
The Government intends to award a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Firm-Fixed Price contract with the ability to order Firm-Fixed or Firm Fixed Price Level-of-Effort Services. The total potential period of performance, to include all options and award terms options is ten years.
This procurement will be conducted under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, using full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541512, Computer Systems Design Services with a size standard of $27.5 million.

Offerors will need to complete the six attached documents and include them with the submission of their proposals.
Volume II - Past Performance and Past performance Questionnaires are due no later than 2:00 pm CT on Tuesday March 6, 2018.
Volume I, III, and IV - Proposals are due no later than 2:00 pm CT on Tuesday March 20, 2018.
