SOIL AND GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING RETAINER
VARIOUS AGENCIES
VARIOUS LOCATIONS

Provide professional Soil and Geotechnical Engineering design services for various projects within Northern, Southern and Coastal California.  Provide and or prepare:
¿ Field investigations
¿ On-site geotechnical investigations.
¿ Geological evaluations and testing.
¿ Engineering geologic reports, geotechnical reports, and supplemental ground-response reports.
¿ Recommendations for foundation stability for structures and improvements.
¿ Review of plans and specifications to insure compliance with geotechnical recommendations.
¿ Inspection of foundation construction to insure compliance with geotechnical report.

Related services may include, but not be limited to, providing

plans and specifications; providing hazardous material assessments, surveys, reports, abatement design plans/specifications, cost estimates and air monitoring associated with the above work.  Consultants work may also require the participation of other engineering related disciplines such as architecture, civil, electrical, mechanical and structural.

All work shall be performed under and approved by a design professional, or contractor, licensed in the State of California.  The estimated retainer contract value is $ 5,000,000.00. The estimated duration of this contract will be 5 years.
