The City of Carlsbad seeks proposals from qualified vendors that can provide a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) Enterprise Digital Asset Management (EDAM) solution that can meet the digital asset management needs and requirements of the city. The solution must have the ability to upload, store, manage and organize digital content including photos, videos, audio files, and logos in multiple formats. The ideal vendor will have experience in implementing EDAM solutions in businesses and/or government agencies of similar size and scope as the city’s scope of work. The proposed EDAM solution must be highly configurable with robust features that enable a flexible, collaborative, secure working environment with automated workflows. The solution must be flexible enough to accommodate future growth and changing business needs.
