This synopsis SHALL be posted on SAM.gov. The RFQ number is N4215822QN029.  This synopsis documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2022-02 and DFARS Change Notice 12/30/2021.The Service Contract Division, Code 412, Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Portsmouth, VA, 23709 intends to negotiate a Firm-Fixed Price contract on the following service(s): Services to Perform Record Digitization. ITEMS: Quantity - 1, Unit of Measure – Job.The period of performance for this acquisition is anticipated to begin is September 28, 2022 through March 27, 2023. The NAICS code is 518210 and the Small Business Standard is $35,000,000.00. The Product Service Code is T003. The proposed contract to be solicited as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. FOB Destination applies.  Responsibility and Inspection:  unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control. The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form at the beta.sam.gov website as follows:  https://www.sam.gov/.Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site; this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency.
