Buyer Contact: Michelle Lloyd construction@clayton.k12.ga.us 770-473-2805 x160116 Description: The proposed scope of work consists of but is not limited to: The renovation and modification of the approximately 67,000 square foot building will include new HVAC, lighting, restroom modernizations, new finishes, burglar alarm, fire alarm, access control and video surveillance upgrades. Exterior improvements include roof replacement, landscaping and parking lot improvements. A detailed description of the Work is set forth in the Bidding Documents and all other requirements of the Contractor under the Contract Documents. The criteria for prequalification (“the Criteria”) are contained in the Owner’s Prequalification Statement form, a copy of which shall be obtained upon request to the Owner, Clayton County Public Schools – Michelle Lloyd via email: construction@clayton.k12.ga.us. All prospective bidders who wish to bid on the Project shall submit their Prequalification Statements to the Owner, Clayton County Public Schools, Construction Department via email: construction@clayton.k12.ga.us, on or before Friday August 11, 2023. Prequalification Statements received after said date will be returned unopened.
