This system will enable district staff members to search for existng contracts, create new contracts, enable contract workflow, and progress monitoring with multiple approval levels while maintaining all contracts in a secure hosted environment. This solution should increase productivity, security, and organization of Katy ISD's procurement and contract management practices.
