9999-- UST AST Inspection and Maintenance Contract

Richard Roudebush VA Medical Center Indianapolis has a requirement for Electrical Maintenance Services. This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. Offers from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. Anticipated award date is December 1, 2020 for a base period of one (1) year plus four (4) one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests will be accepted.

Solicitation packages will be available on or about November 2, 2020. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.beta.sam.gov.
Offerors are encouraged to attend site visit on November 5,2020 at 12:00 noon EST meet at Part lot H- 1481 W 10 Street, Indianapolis IN 46202.
All questions will be answered via Solicitation amendment. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer at the following e-mail address: olalekan.ismail@va.gov no later than November 6, 2020.
