The purpose of this requirement is to provide a Women in Leadership Certification Program specifically aimed at women which must be compatible with the certification referred to in DoDI 1020.02 - Diversity Management and EO in the DoD and the P.L. 115-68, and time allowed for professional development at USSTRATCOM.
