Holcomb Bridge Road Improvement Project

The City of Roswell, Georgia (“the City”), is requesting offers from qualified construction firms for the Holcomb Bridge Road Improvement Project. This TSPLOST project will improve the intersection of SR 140/Holcomb Bridge Road at Warsaw Road. Dual left turn lanes will be constructed on three of the four approaches. Warsaw Road will also be
widened from two lanes to four lanes from Holcomb Bridge Road to just north of Bainbridge Road. This project will also include the construction of sidewalks, a multi use trail, and several retaining walls. In addition to other qualifications detailed in the
solicitation, Construction firms must be GDOT pre qualified for relevant scopes of work. Five Hundred and Forty ( 540 calendar days have been allotted for performance of construction Liquidated damages have been set in accordance with the Bid Documents.
