"LEGAL NOTICE\n\nRequest for Proposal\n\nNotice is hereby given that Camden County College is requesting proposals for Collection Agency\nServices (#FY24RFP-53). Copies of the Request for Proposal are available in the Purchasing\nDepartment, Roosevelt Hall, Building #6, Room 135, Camden County College, 200 College Drive,\nBlackwood, N] 08012, (856) 227-7200, ext. 4351 or vendors can register to download all\ndocuments from the C amden C ounty website:\nhttp://www.camdencounty.comj/service/purchasing-and-procurements/.\n\nProposals must be submitted to the Purchasing Department, Roosevelt Hall, Building #6, Room\n135, Camden County College, 200 College Drive, Blackwood, N] 08012. The deadline for receipt\nof proposals is 2:00 p.m. on April 30, 2024. Any proposals received after said deadline, whether\nby mail or otherwise, will be returned unopened. No

proposals will be accepted after the above-\nreferenced date. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes with the name of theRFP clearly\nmarked on the outside of the envelope. Proposals may not be faxed or transmitted over the\ntelephone.\n\nNothing herein is intended to exclude any responsible firm or in any way restrain or restrict\ncompetition. All responsible firms are encouraged to submit proposals. Final selection of firm(s)\nshall be made by the Camden County College Board of Trustees by formal resolution.\n\nThe College reserves the rightto accept or reject any or all proposals submitted in the best interest\noftheCollege in accordance with thelaw. TheCollege further reserves the rightto waive any defect\nor informality in any proposal should it be in the best interest of the College. Proposers are required\nto comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) and P.L. 77, cc. 33.\n\nThis Request for Proposals is a fair and open process to obtain competitive proposals from which\nthe College may choose contractors that best meet the College\u2019s needs based on the evaluation\ncriteria included within the specifications.
