No work is guaranteed under this

Contract. The size, quantity, and duration of project(s) assigned to the successful PE will vary depending on the number and types of projects requested by TFC’s client agencies. The contract compensation will be structured as an “hourly-not-to-exceed” fee per project with a total contract cap of $240,000.00. PE will proceed with the work on individual projects only after the fee and scope proposal is formally approved and documented by the Contract Administrator, a Delivery Release is issued, and a “Notice to Proceed” is provided.
