Group 2: Solicitation Specific Questions Instructions: 2.1 Describe your golf cart availability including make and model, engine type, and number of carts available. 2.2 What golf cart options are available in your stock? For example, street legal, radio, surround sound, etc 2.3 Describe your reservation system. 2.4 Describe your maintenance program. 2.5 Describe your drop off and pickup process including when there is an issue with a reserved cart, and service is required. 2.6 Are there any restrictions on rentals such as dates, times, length of rental? 2.7 Attach your list of available golf cars with prices as defined in the Scope of Work Section 5.1. Group 3: Pricing Instructions: 3.1 Please attach the pricing proposal attached to this Solicitation. If one is not attached, please provide your own pricing sheet. The price proposal must include line for each type of cost charged to the University (i.e., goods, travel, etc.). The University is tax exempt and cannot be charged taxes either directly or indirectly.
