Proposal documents may be requested by email from Morgan Preston, mpreston@snyderisd.net or Snyder ISD Administration Office, 2901 37 th Street, Snyder, Texas 79549. An optional pre-proposal meeting for interested proposers will be held at 9:00 AM CST on Wednesday, March 13 th. Check in at the Administration Office, 2901 37 th Street. No other tours of the building will be made available. All questions are due to mpreston@snyderisd.net by March 26 th at 2:00 PM CST. Any proposal received later than the specified time, whether delivered in person or mailed, will be deemed late and will be disqualified. FAXED PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.Proposals will be publicly opened. They will be opened at 2:05 PM on April 5, 2024.After the evaluation of all proposals is completed, a notification of the award will be emailed to qualifying proposer(s).
