Terms:#1 May 10, 2022 May 9, 2027 Project: City of VancouverStatus: ActiveVendor: Fire Systems WestExtendable: NoDescription:ITB 22-23 Fire Extinguisher Maintenance & Inspection This Contract provides for the required annual, 5, 6 and 12-year inspections/certifications, repair, or replacement of extinguishers for all City Facilities and/or vehicles as requested. All Work shall be in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, Provisions, and General Conditions for Facility Construction. Each individual project shall be performed upon Contractor’s receipt of a City issued Purchase Order. Contractor shall commence work on the date specified on the Purchase Order and within the allowable Working Days specified on the Purchase Order. Fire Systems West and all subcontractors will need to file an “Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages" with the Department of Labor and Industries for each contract year. We must have an approved copy prior to any release of payment for work performed.
