DAY: Tuesday, March 28, 2023 MUNICIPAL BUILDING 123 South Second Street Delavan, WI 53115 The City of Delavan will receive sealed bids for furnishing of all materials, labor and equipment necessary, all in accordance with the Specifications on file in the Public Works Office, 123 South Second Street, in the City of Delavan, Wisconsin, for applying seal coat surfacing. Sealed bids shall be mailed to or deposited with Andrea White, City Clerk, at her office at 123 South Second Street, on or before: 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 123 South Second Street for: Applying approximately 42,000 square yards of seal coat surfacing. Bids shall be referred to the Common Council of the City of Delavan for determination. The City of Delavan reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept such bids as may be in the interest of the City.
