22-113 Quarterly Preventative Maintenance and Unscheduled Repair Services on Various Printing Equipment for the DMV Print Shop

The awarded Contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform quarterly preventative maintenance and unscheduled repair services on various DMV printing equipment at the DMV Print Shop.  See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services.

Term: 7/1/2022 or upon contract approval, whichever occurs later, through 6/30/2025.

Bids are due 5/16/2022 at 3:30 p.m. and must be mailed.

The current contractor:  Advanced Finishing Systems, Inc. 
The current contract:   $66,000.00 for a 3-year term.

Estimated Budget:  $9,000.00
