Maricopa County extends an invitation to interested and qualified firms or individuals to submit formal sealed qualifications electronically through an outside agent, Periscope S2G, to provide Construction Manager at Risk design phase services and construction phase services as described herein.
 
Project services may include pre-construction services and ultimately construction management services for an approximately 33,000 SF existing building for a Maricopa County Emergency Management Facility. The project will consist of renovating the existing building for its intended use. Pre-construction services and ultimately construction

The scope will include pre-construction and construction services. The selected firm will begin in an agency support role for the pre-construction services and will, at some point prior to construction, assume the risk of delivering the project through a GMP Contract.
 
The construction budget range is approximately $18,000,000.00 To $20,000,000.00.
