The City seeks professional services that support the continued development and execution of an equitable and diverse strategy in the recruitment of Executive Level Staff for the City. Other Details The City seeks to ensure the City's hiring practices are equitable and accessible to all people and in support of the City’s Race & Gender Equity Action Plan (RGEAP). We also want to commit ourselves with the development of the City’s RGEAP to advance the workforce equity goal to “Reflect the City of Sacramento to Beter Serve the City of Sacramento.” Thus, the purpose of this RFP is to solicit consulting proposals to assist in the continued development and execution of an equitable and diverse strategy in the recruitment of Executive Level Staff for the City.
