This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Services being requested are attached along with a Performance Work Statement (PWS).The 164th Airlift Wing Purchasing and Contracting Office, 4593 Swinnea Rd, Memphis TN, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 722310, Food Service Contractors, with a Small Business size standard of $47.0 million. This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-01. This Request
for Quote (RFQ) for Catered Lunch Meal Service is being set aside for small business concerns. The evaluation procedures are in accordance with FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Please see attached Performance Work Statement(s) explaining the requirement and to assist with submitting a competitive quote. The Government intends to award Firm-Fixed Price Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract to multiple vendors. If you cannot quote all items requested in this RFQ, please submit quote on what you can provide, as it may be considered if government determines best for the government, however it's the government's intent to award to vendors who can provide all that is requested. Meaning, the goal of this solicitation is to find small business vendors to fill the requirements of the 164th Airlift Wing, Force Support Squadron. If it appears it is more advantageous for the Air National Guard, multiple firms may be used to fill the requirement under this BPA.Attachments include: Performance Work Statement.1) The contractor shall provide on an as needed basis, 275-400 Cold Sandwich lunch meals which consist of one (1) sandwich (wrapped in paper or plastic wrap), one bag of chips, one cookie or one brownie, one mayo packet, one mustard packet and a napkin. Sandwich will be a minimum of seven (7) inches with a minimum one-half pound of meat and cheese, dressed with lettuce and tomato and a drink.2) The contractor shall provide on an as needed basis, 275-400 Barbecue lunch meals which consist of two meat options, one starch and one vegetable option, a dessert, condiments package to include sauce packages, a napkin, fork, knife, spoon w/salt & pepper and Sweet Tea, Unsweet tea, Lemonade.3) The contractor shall provide on an as needed basis, 275-400 Meat & 2 lunch meals which consist of two meat options, one starch and one vegetable option, a dessert, condiments package to include sauce packages, a napkin, fork, knife, spoon w/salt & pepper and Sweet Tea, Unsweet tea, Lemonade.The award will be based upon price.
