Street Painting Services - Bid Packet

Description: The purpose of this specification is to secure bids for Street Painting Services. Street painting shall be performed on an annual basis on a four year rotation as per Attachment VII, City of Longview Street Painting Schedule, contained in the attached document. Proposals may be hand delivered to: City of Longview Purchasing Division (City Hall) 300 W. Cotton St. Longview, TX   75601 or mailed to: City of Longview Purchasing Division P.O. Box 1952 Longview, TX   75606 Proposals received in the City Purchasing Office after the submission deadline will be considered void and unacceptable. The City of Longview is not responsible for lateness or non-delivery of mail, carrier, etc., and the date/time stamp in the Purchasing Office will be the official time of receipt.
