One is an existing restroom and one is turning a space into a restroom. The base bid shall include all work and materials associated with this project as outlined in the plans and specifications. This work needs to be completed during the Summer Break 2024 which is May 9th through August 12th. Construction Cost Estimate: $90,000.00 The bid documents will be available at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 on the DFCM website.
