RFP - Construction Management / General Contracting - North County Campus

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Construction Management / General Contracting Services (CM/GC) Deschutes County North County Campus Deschutes County is requesting proposals from qualified General Contractors for Construction Management/General Contracting (CMGC) services for Deschutes County’s North County Campus. Work will consist of remodeling approximately 9,218 square feet of an existing 1-story building to be a Behavioral Health Clinic, and 9,286 square feet of an existing 2-story building to accommodate County Services, Public Health, and a 9-11 back-up Call/Dispatch Center. The project will include parking and pedestrian circulation modifications and enhancements, site fencing, a new trash enclosure and the possible addition of an elevator. The total project costs, including A&E design services, permitting and construction is estimated to be $3.8M. A Mandatory pre-proposal conference and site walk-through will be conducted on January 11, 2022 at 3:00 p.m., on site beginning at 244 NW Kingwood Avenue, Redmond, OR 97756 and continuing through 236 NW Kingwood Avenue. The purpose of this conference is to discuss the County’s expectations, to answer questions, and to review existing conditions.  All firms wishing to submit a proposal must be represented at this meeting. The CM/GC selection process will be carried out per ORS 279C.337 and Deschutes County Code.  Proposals are due by 2:00 PM on Thursday, January 20, 2022.
