Request for Proposal for an Arts, Heritage and Culture Master Plan Project Description :The Corporation Town of Renfrew wishes to engage a consulting firm with the necessary experience to complete a comprehensive Arts, Heritage and Culture Master Plan within the budget of $35,000. The Town offers a wide variety of recreational programming and would like to add capacity with regard to arts and cultural programming. We are proud of our roots, including heritage organizations such as the McDougall Mill Museum and NHA/NHL Birthplace Museum, which are housed on Town-owned properties.
