NOTICE: This is not a solicitation but rather a Request for Information (RFI) to determine potential sources for information and planning purposes only.1.1 The purpose of this RFI is to conduct market research and obtain industry input on the current requirement (more detail in section 2 below). The government is interested in gathering information about technical capabilities and solutions available in the market place.This requirement includes support of Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) operations, maintenance, repair, and dispatch services at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB), UT host and tenant units to include Little Mountain, Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR)/Eagle Range and 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (AMARG) Davis-Monthan Air Force Base (DMAFB), AZ. UTTR support shall be maintenance only.This contracting effort is to provide all tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, freight, and training necessary to perform AGE/GME operations (i.e., preparing for
use, positioning, servicing, inspecting, maintaining, cleaning, repairing, emergency dispatch and transporting etc.). AGE/GME support is required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.Please see the attached DRAFT PWS for a complete description of program requirements.RFI QUESTIONSThe Source Selection Team has developed a list of questions to facilitate discussion and influence the final version of the RFP. We intend to use industry answers to refine the RFP and enhance selection criteria that assure open competition while supplying the best combination of military, government and commercial practices to our effort.
