Municipality-managed services, with the exception of Police Services, Strathroy, Mount Brydges, Melbourne Public Libraries, Tri-Township Arena, and Caradoc Housing Corporation.3 - The consulting firm will bring experience and in-depth knowledge about service delivery, service levels and best practices in Ontario municipalities and proven experience in conducting similar “Service Delivery Reviews” in other public sector organizations.
