A printed copy of this request for proposal (RFP) document is available upon request at 103 South Court Street, Suite F, Luray, VA 22835. All proposals shall be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on April 29, 2024. Proposals can be mailed, hand delivered, or submitted electronically on eVA. Mailed proposals should be labeled "RFP 2024-3310-01" and sent to Cindy Stidham, County of Page, 103 South Court Street, Suite F, Luray, VA 22835. Proposals that are hand delivered must be brought to the Finance Department, located at 103 South Court Street, Room 210, Luray, VA 22835. Questions shall be submitted to procurement contact via email no later than 5:00 p.m. on April 17, 2024. All questions will be compiled in a single document and provided to all interested parties via email, posted on eVA and the County's website no later than 5:00 p.m. on April 22, 2024. This procurement shall utilize competitive negotiation practices.
