pwsupportstaff@menlopark.org Bids to Owner's Agent Description Scope of Services The work to be done consists of furnishing and installing all materials, equipment, transportation and labor to construct a new stormwater pumping facility including underground wet well, pump and motor room, electrical control room, engine-generator room, pumping equipment, electrical equipment and controls, automatic standby diesel enginegenerator with integral fuel tank, appurtenant storm drain improvements, water and fire protection services, driveway and pavement, finish grading, miscellaneous concrete, landscaping, and other incidentals as necessary to complete the work shown on the project plans, standard specifications, special provisions, and technical specifications. The project is partially funded through a grant from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), therefore, federal grant requirements herein including, but not limited to, Federal procurement standards (provisions Title 2 CFR 200) and FEMA’s Program Policy shall apply.
