50662 Proposal To Amend A State Airport Land Lease - Wrangell

PROPOSAL TO AMEND A STATE AIRPORT LAND LEASE: The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to change the authorized uses of Lease ADA-50662, Lot 1, Block 100, consisting of approximately 15,000 square feet, at Wrangell Airport, to expire September 1, 2025. Applicant: Timothy A Buness. Annual rent: $2,955.00. Authorized uses: Aeronautical & Non-aeronautical - Operation and maintenance of a hangar for private aircraft storage; and non-aeronautical use for storage of materials used for Lessee owned business. Non-aeronautical use shall not impede aeronautical use. Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., April 7, 2024, after which the Department will determine whether or not to amend the lease.
