This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA3016-19-U-0044 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01, DFARS change notice 20190215, and AFAC 2018-0525. This purchase is restricted to Small Business concerns. This NAICS code is 339113 and the size standard is 750 employees.
