The American Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for:Maintenance of Fire Pump and Sprinkler System, U.S. Embassy Frankfurt, GermanyThe solicitation may result in the award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for one Base and four Option Years.The U.S. Embassy in Frankfurt, Germany requires professional maintenance services to furnish all managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel that are necessary to accomplish all work required in the solicitation.
