Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source for Television Subscription Services for Headquarters the National Museum of Health and Medicine

Notice Reference Number: HT001124-P-TV001. Synopsis:This synopsis is in accordance with FAR Part 5, Notice of Intent to award a sole source. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available and email requests will not be honored. Only one (1) responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.The Defense Health Agency (DHA) intends to award a sole source contract to ALLBRIDGE, LLC, 6880 Perry Creek RD Raleigh NC 27616-8069 to provide for all services, materials, equipment, and accessories required to establish television subscription services for the DHHQ; located at 7700 Arlington Blvd, Falls Church, VA 22042 and NMHM; located at 2460 Linden Lane, Silver Spring, MD 20910. The vendor shall provide a selection of local, entertainment and regional sports networks/channels; for up to 98 rooms located in the DHHQ and up to 2 rooms located in the NMHM.

Television Subscription Services shall be available 7 days a week: 24 hour per day.2. Background:This Individual Justification is submitted to award a sole source contract to ALLBRIDGE, LLC to provide Television Subscription Services.This contract will be Firm-Fixed Price contract to be awarded to ALLBRIDGE, LLC, 6880 Perry Creek RD Raleigh NC 27616-8069 for a Period of Performance of One (1) Base year including Four (4) one year option periods.3. Description: DHA seeks to award a sole source contract to ALLBRIDGE, LLC, 6880 Perry Creek RD Raleigh NC, 27616-8069 to provide for all services, materials, equipment, and accessories required to establish television subscription services for the DHHQ; located at 7700 Arlington Blvd, Falls Church, VA 22042 and NMHM; located at 2460 Linden Lane, Silver Springs, MD 20910. The Federal Supply Code (FSC)/Product Service Code (PSC) procurement is DG11—IT and Telecom –Network – Telecom Access Services.This procurement will be made utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) in conjunction with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services procedures.5. Submission Instructions:Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement within 15 calendar days of the publication of this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
