Notice Summary
Metro and the Metro Venues are seeking On-Call Interior and Exterior Painting Services for both residential and commercial properties owned by Metro and Metro Venues. Services will be provided on an on-call and scheduled basis.
Contractor must have five (5) or more years of successful experience as a commercial interior and exterior painter. Bids from General Contractors will NOT be accepted. Contractor must have experience with multiple finishes for Metal, Wood, Drywall and other surfaces.
This opportunity is part of Metro's COBID Marketplace program. Opportunities are bid among State of Oregon certified COBID firms only. Competition requirements still apply but the opportunity is within the sheltered market of COBID firms.
Pre-Bid Conference
A voluntary pre-bid web-conference will be held on WebEx on June 24, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. Interested bidders and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the ITB requirements.
