HORIZONTAL CONSTRUCTION MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACTS FOR GALVESTON DISTRICT AND SOUTHWESTERN DIVISION

This updated public notice as of July 20, 2021, is to provide an update to industry on significant acquisitions since the Galveston District Industry Day held in March and the previous update on anticipated date for the Phase 1 Request for Proposal to advertise.A previous update indicated The Phase 1 Request for Proposal (RFP) was anticipated to advertise in July 2021. Due to further market research and approval reviews related to the Government's re-analyzing and incorporating alternative contracting methodology, e.g. FPI, there is a further slight delay in the anticipated date of advertisement. The anticipated date for the Phase 1 Request for Proposal to advertise is now in August 2021. A future update will provide a draft RFP to industry once we have passed reviews to give indisustry as much time to start planning in advance of the actual final final version of the RFP being advertised in August
